Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as Course Monitors at our thrilling adventure park. As a Monitor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they navigate through eight different zipline courses. Your responsibilities will include supervising guests, providing assistance, and performing rescues when necessary. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an exhilarating outdoor adventure environment.

Key responsibilities and requirements.

• Being able to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Up to 8-10 hours. 
• Be able to confidently climb ladders, and be comfortable in situations exceeding 40ft off of the ground.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs often.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills. 
• Being able to ensure guests navigate through the park safely. 
• Conduct regular safety checks of safety equipment and courses that meet FDAC guidelines. 
• Be able to rescue guests using various types of equipment at different elevations. 
• Be able to adapt in a fast paced environment in various weather conditions. 
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to be outdoors for long periods of time. Up to 8-10 hours.
