We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help us with planning, directing and coordinating our agency's operations. Your responsibilities will include improving efficiency, performance, productivity and profitability using effective approach and tactics.
Monitor company's operations and analyze their metrics, such as: cost effectiveness, time, correctness and so on
Review and optimize existing operational systems, processes and best practices
Work to support the achievement of agency's strategic and operational objectives
Organize materials purchases
Interact with clients and personnel to retrieve the feedback
Assess customer needs to help identify specific products and solutions
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree, preferred
Excellent understanding of organisational effectiveness and operations management
Basic IT skills, including experience with databases, MS Office and so on
Prior insurance experience is a plus
Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
