NOW HIRING: Appointment Setter (Part-Time).

Security Base Group.

Lake Elsinore

Hours: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week.
Pay: $18-$25/hour + commission.

Start Date: ASAP.

About the Role: You must have experience working with the Security companies, setting appointments. Only Security Base Group is hiring one reliable and motivated Appointment Setter to make 100-200 outbound calls per day, reaching potential clients and booking at least 3 qualified appointments daily for our sales team. This is a high-energy role for someone who thrives on making connections and earning results-based bonuses.

You must have experience working with other security companies, setting appointments .

Responsibilities:

• Make 100-200 outbound calls daily (cold & warm leads).
• Set a minimum of 3 qualified appointments each day.
• Use provided scripts and CRM tools to track outreach.
• Represent the company professionally across industries like property management, cannabis dispensaries, construction, and more.

Requirements:

• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset.
• Appointment setting or sales experience is a plus.
• You must have experience working with other security companies, setting appointments .

We're not looking for security officers we are looking for appointment sitters who has experienced previously working with the Security companies.
