Appointment Setter

At Semper SolR, we’re looking for driven Appointment Setters to join our expanding solar team. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners, spark interest in solar energy, and schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants.
No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training to help you build confidence, master communication, and turn conversations into real opportunities. If you’re energetic, coachable, and goal-oriented, this is your chance to grow in a high-paying, high-potential career.
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay Options: Hourly or Commission-Only (based on experience)
• Average Weekly Earnings: $800–$1,200+ (performance-based)

Responsibilities:
• Engage with homeowners in person or over the phone to schedule solar consultations
• Create excitement and interest in renewable energy solutions
• Qualify potential customers using the provided scripts and training
• Record and update appointment details in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the closing team to ensure a smooth handoff
• Represent Semper SolR with professionalism and enthusiasm
