About Us: NASCAR SpeedPark is a premier family entertainment center featuring go-kart tracks, amusement rides, mini-golf, mini-bowling, and arcade attractions. We’re looking for enthusiastic Arcade Attendants to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests in the arcade areas.

Job Description: As an Arcade Attendant, you will assist guests with prize redemption, operate arcade rides and experiences, and maintain a clean and safe environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a fun and memorable experience in our arcade area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming atmosphere by assisting guests with prize redemption and arcade game experiences.
• Operate and monitor arcade rides and experiences, ensuring safety and compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including the redemption counter, stock room, and game displays.
• Restock arcade prizes and supplies, and conduct daily inventory checks.
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the arcade is in top condition for guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be 15 years or older.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guest-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and adapt to varying noise levels and weather conditions.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
