Job Title: AWS Functional Solution Architect (Salesforce Experience)
Location: Chicago IL (Onsite) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced AWS Functional Solution Architect with Salesforce expertise to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical capabilities, leveraging AWS services and Salesforce platforms to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional cloud-based solutions.
- Design end-to-end architecture using AWS services integrated with Salesforce.
- Lead solution design sessions and document architecture decisions.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance on AWS service selection, cost optimization, and scalability.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals and presentations.
- Stay updated on AWS and Salesforce platform enhancements and industry trend
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
- Proven experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration patterns.
- Experience with API management, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- AWS and Salesforce certifications are a plus.
