Join a dynamic and expanding law firm as a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager. We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional fluent in English and Spanish to support personal injury cases and deliver outstanding client care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid background in personal injury law.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering case-related questions
Gather, track, and organize medical records, bills, and damage documentation
Prepare settlement demands, calculations, and agreements for attorney review
Monitor case progress to ensure timely movement and resolution
Handle scheduling, correspondence, file organization, and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload (50- 60+ active cases)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
