Who: A growing professional services firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper.

What: Responsible for managing daily accounting operations in QuickBooks, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and reporting.

When: Position is available immediately; interviews are currently being scheduled.

Where: On-site role based in Plano, TX.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 with excellent benefits.

Position Overview:

This role will manage all core bookkeeping functions and ensure accurate financial reporting using QuickBooks for a growing service-based business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with external accountants on tax preparation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the services industry is a plus
