Our fast-paced business immigration practice has an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to work with our Denver-based team! Under the attorney's supervision, the immigration paralegal will manage a high‑volume portfolio of nonimmigrant (NIV) matters for corporate clients, delivering accurate, timely filings across H‑1B (cap and cap‑exempt), H‑1B1, E‑3, L‑1, TN, O‑1, and related dependent applications.

Benefits:In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $60,800 and $91,200.
