We are looking for a Case Manager to join our team in Garden Grove

Great opportunity for someone who has a passion for working with intellectually disabled individuals. We are searching for a Case Manager to support clients and employees in the Orange County area.

General information about the position :

• Providing supervision of Direct Care staff and coverage coordination.
• Participate in training new employees
• Manages client caseloads, weekly review of client charts/records
• Monitoring Daily Shift Notes.
• Supervision and evaluation of service delivery quality to clients.
• Assigned to South Orange County area.

Qualifications:
Spanish Speaker a Plus, but not required.

Experience:

1 year of People Management experience
1 year of experience in Case Management or:
2 years of experience providing services to individuals with Mental Health Challenges/Intellectual Disabilities
