HVAC Installer

We are seeking HVAC Installers to join our team! You and your team will install heating and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. We work Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-6:30pm with an hour lunch. We offer incentives such as flex-time, a yearly bonus, paid holidays and opportunities for raises! If hired on, you would complete a 6-week trial/training period that has the potential to end with a raise based on performance. Pay varies greatly based on experience and performance- starting at $16/hour for the trial period of unexperienced workers.

Responsibilities:

• Install new commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with your team
• Building and hanging ductwork
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop (in Lexington, SC)
• Ability to handle physical workload (including working on ladders)

Preferred but not required (pay varies greatly based on experience):

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with reading mechanical drawings
