Overview:

About You
As the Director of Off-Premise Execution , you lead the operational strategy, standards, and execution for all off-premise channels across Noodles & Company restaurants. This includes catering and group orders, first-party pickup and delivery (via noodles.com and the Noodles app), and third-party delivery (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.). This role ensures that every off-premise order is prepared, packaged, and delivered with excellence, driving improvements in guest satisfaction, operational consistency, and sales growth in catering and group ordering.

Your Day in the Life

• Lead the development and implementation of operational standards for all off-premise channels, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and outstanding guest experience.
• Partner with field operations to ensure all off-premise initiatives are executable, sustainable, and deliverable at the restaurant level.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including overall satisfaction, taste of food, and accuracy of order, to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Strengthen catering and group ordering performance through operational readiness, process improvements, and team engagement.
• Establish and maintain best practices for catering operations that deliver consistency and delight with every order.
• Troubleshoot and resolve off-premise execution issues to ensure reliability across all channels.
• Act as the operational point of contact for all off-premise systems, technology, and integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure restaurants are prepared to execute new off-premise initiatives and promotions.
• Serve as the company’s subject matter expert on off-premise operations, strategy, and execution.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, technology, and best practices to position Noodles as a leader in off-premise dining.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in restaurant operations with a focus on off-premise, catering, or digital fulfillment.
• Demonstrated success improving guest experience metrics and driving sales through operational excellence.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both restaurant and support center teams.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and passion for creating operational solutions that work in restaurants.
• This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
