Position: Estate Sale Coordinator
Location: Suwanee
Employment Type: Part-Time (~20-40 hours/week, 80-160 hours/month)
Compensation: $15/hour + 5% Commission

About the Role:
The Estate Sale Coordinator supports the Team Lead and sale team by staging, pricing, and assisting customers at estate sales. This role is hands-on, creative, and customer-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys physical, detail-oriented work and helping clients through important life events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with setup, staging, and pricing of items prior to sales.
Ensure all items are tagged clearly and displayed to maximize visibility.
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service on sale days.
Monitor safety and security, including removing hazards and reporting concerns.
Restage and reorganize items throughout the sale to keep displays appealing.
Support sale-day and closing procedures, including signage and cash handling.
Help with post-sale cleanouts, coordinating pickup with vendors and charities, packing up donations, overseeing pickup
Coordinate logistics across sales, ensuring supplies are transported, ensuring sale readiness and assisting team lead with quality control
Update customer contact database including email lists by location and specialty customers
Manage appointments and customer communication for appointment-only on-site sales
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client homes.
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs (50 lbs preferred).
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred: Customer service or sales experience.
Preferred: Problem-solving mindset and eye for detail.
