Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events that enhance our brand and engage our audience. From corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings, your skills will be pivotal in ensuring that each event runs smoothly and successfully. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events from conception to completion within time and budget constraints.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and entertainment.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and effective allocation of resources.
• Create event timelines, schedules, and task lists to ensure all elements are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to secure necessary resources and support for events.
• Monitor and evaluate event success by collecting feedback and analyzing data for future improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
