Job Title: Farm Hand

Location: Kandiyohi County, MN

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general farm work, including feeding livestock, fieldwork, and daily chores
• Perform building and equipment maintenance as needed
• Operate farm machinery safely and efficiently
• Drive trucks for hauling materials, grain, or livestock
• CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
• Support seasonal work such as planting, harvesting, and snow removal
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean work areas

Qualifications:

• Previous farm experience highly preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a strong bonus
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
