We are seeking a skilled finish carpenter to join our team! As a finish carpenter, you will be responsible for installing and finishing a variety of woodwork in residential an commercial settings. You must be able to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut wood to specified dimensions
• Install and finish woodwork, including baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, and built-in shelving
• Repair or replace damaged woodwork as needed
• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a finish carpenter
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and follow plans
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
