**Position Overview:**

As our Fitness Instructors and Motivator Extraordinaire, you'll be the heartbeat of our studio, bringing the hype, the laughs, and the sweat. Your mission: turn every workout into the highlight of our members' day!

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Party Starter:** Kick off each Spenga session with a burst of energy and excitement that sets the tone for a workout like no other.

2. **Move and Groove:** Lead Spenga sessions with a blend of dance-worthy tunes, heart-pumping cycling, muscle-building strength exercises, and soul-soothing yoga stretches.

3. **High-Five Expert:** Master the art of the mid-workout high-five to keep spirits soaring and create a sense of community.

4. **Fun Police (in a good way):** Ensure every member leaves with a smile, feeling accomplished, and itching to come back for more.

5. **Costume Coordinator:** Embrace themed workout days and unleash your creativity to keep things fresh and exciting.

**Qualifications:**

- Certified Fitness Instructor

- Previous experience being the life of the fitness party (group fitness instructor experience and spin is a plus).

- Infectiously positive attitude and the ability to get even the most reluctant dancer moving.

- Ability to make sweating buckets look like the most fun anyone could possibly have.
