Graphic Design / Sales Assistant – Full Time (In-Office)
Industry City, Brooklyn, NY
$18–$20/hr
Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM

We’re hiring a full-time, in-office Graphic Design / Sales Assistant to help with preparing print files, supporting graphic design projects, assisting sales, and handling day-to-day office tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and prepare print-ready files.
• Work in Adobe Illustrator on design projects.
• Assist sales with quotes, client communication, and order prep.
• Keep projects organized and on schedule.
• Help with office/admin tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Adobe Illustrator experience (required)
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
