Summary 
The HVAC Field Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of HVAC technicians and related workers in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Essential Functions

• Oversee the installation and various aspects of new HVAC systems, ensuring all installations are executed correctly.
• Establish and adhere to safety procedures, providing leadership and guidance to the team to promote efficiency and accountability.
• Supervise and complete the installation and startup of all HVAC systems, guaranteeing proper installation.
• Champion the value of teamwork and accountability within the team.
• Adhere to and enforce company processes, procedures, and safety policies.
• Follow instructions from management and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Oversee job site preparation and cleanup.
• Address and follow up on client concerns promptly and effectively.

Required Education and Experience 

• 10 years of commercial HVAC expertise.
• Proficient in ductwork and piping layout and installation.
• Skilled in refrigeration piping, wiring, and startup.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to everyday challenges.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a minimum OSHA10 certification; OSHA30 preferred.
