Established in 2012, The HealthGuys is a private insurance broker that is founded and owned by an experienced team that provides structure, achievement, and a nationwide marketplace for all its HealthGuys agents. The perfect candidate is bilingual and someone who takes their roles head-on with determination and responsibility while focusing on the task at hand and multitasking, problem-solving, and communicating. Other characteristics looked for in a HealthGuys agent include critical thinking, a personable attitude, and customer service. An insurance agent will have the responsibility of contacting the leads and identifying sales opportunities during a consultation with potential clients. Agents will also have to communicate policies accurately, identify risk management strategies, and encourage previous clients towards policy renewal. We will teach you the skills necessary to be successful in this industry. No license requirements are needed. We will walk you through getting licensed. Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients
• Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile
• Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders
• Set meetings with new and potential clients to listen to their needs, taking into account their financial statuses and stage-of-life priorities, and present insurance plan options tailored to their individual circumstances

• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
• Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required
• Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful
• Pass a background check
