Bola AI is hiring a Junior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tustin, CA . As part of our on-site engineering team, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge Voice-AI solutions that are transforming dental practices nationwide. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new features and resolve technical issues.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Support the integration of new technologies and tools to improve development processes.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and database design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and containerization tools like Docker.
• Preferred: Knowledge of React-Native or interest in learning it.
