We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities/Custodial Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. This role is responsible for daily cleaning, restocking, and upkeep of all customer-facing areas, offices, restrooms, and employee spaces. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and can manage their tasks independently during a morning shift. This position plays an important role in presenting a professional image of our dealership and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Job Responsibilities: * Clean and restock the Hospitality Area twice daily (upon arrival and before leaving). * Maintain the Waiting Room: dust and wipe down displays, clean seating, and mop floors. * Clean the Service Advisor Area, including desks, flooring, walls, glass, and emptying trash. * Clean the Service BDC Area (desks, flooring, walls, glass, trash). * Clean all offices: desks, flooring, walls, glass, and trash removal. * Mop and maintain floors throughout Service, Sales, and the Showroom; revisit as needed during the day. * Clean the Employee Break Room: empty trash, clean counters, sink, tables, chairs, flooring, wash dishes, and clean microwave/appliances. * Clean and restock Customer Restrooms twice daily (upon arrival and before leaving). * Clean and restock Employee Restrooms throughout the day. * Revisit all customer areas during the day to maintain cleanliness. * Maintain the Executive Lounge: empty trash, clean counters, sink, tables, chairs, and flooring.
