With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for a Learning Designer who is passionate about designing impactful learning experiences at scale to join our learning support team.
Reporting to the Head of Learning, our Learning Designer will:
Professional Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Academic Research, Teaching or equivalent field of study
5+ years experience working in the field of Education, Teaching, Academic Research or Education-Technology at a global provider
Highly articulate spoken and written English communications skills with a gift for explaining complex pedagogical ideas succinctly
Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, qualitative and quantitative research skills and outstanding attention to detail
Deep expertise in learning, academia, learning design and teaching and technology
An ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data using Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent
