Leasing Agent – Full-Time

📍 Location: Country Club 
💲 Competitive Pay Starting at $17+ Based on Experience + Benefit
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Premier Property Managment is seeking a dedicated and energetic Leasing Agent to join our team. As a key member of our leasing and sales team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our community is welcoming, well-managed, and fully occupied.'

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters.
• Effectively market and promote the community to maintain high occupancy.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process, including application review and lease execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, applications, and resident communications.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with resident retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company leasing policies.
• Coordinate apartment turnovers with maintenance and management teams.

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing and customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you love talking to people!
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, positive attitude with a strong customer service midset.
• Knowledge Section 8, or affordable housing programs is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (preferred).
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends if needed.
