This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care (LTC) facility. The LPN will provide nursing care to patients, following established protocols and under the direction of an RN (if applicable). Travel experience is required, and the position is a 13-week contract with 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Providing nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and documenting observations.
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
- Charting patient information using Matrixcare.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum one year of long-term care experience.
- Travel nursing experience (preferably with renewals).
- Previous experience with Matrixcare charting (preferred).
