As a Cleaner/Janitor, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our clients. Hours: Sunday/ 2:00 PM-6:00 PM Monday-Thursday: 6:00 PM-10:00 PM

Main Responsibilities of a Cleaner/Janitor:

• Keep buildings in a clean condition
• Perform all heavy-duty cleaning tasks
• Conduct regular maintenance activities
• Engage in repair activities when needed

Key Duties Include:

• Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
• Gathering and emptying indoor trash
• Cleaning, servicing, and resupplying restrooms
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Engaging in building security and safety activities
• Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture
• Informing managers about required repairs and maintenance

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven working experience as a Cleaner/Janitor
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures
• Ability to respond and act quickly
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
