Parts Delivery Driver Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor Summary: Drivers are an integral member of the Regional International team, acting as the ‘face’ of the company with customers. Drivers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and helpful manner, and are responsible for delivering items on schedule, checking and verifying daily delivery schedule against items loaded, picking up returns, and fostering relationships with customers. He/she will take pride in keeping their delivery vehicle clean and running efficiently, and should be experienced with operating motorized warehouse equipment. He/She must have the ability to work respectfully with other departments, vendors, customers and co-workers. Benefits:

Primary Accountabilities:

• Assemble and load product on delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner
• Follows ‘check and balance’ procedures to ensure that all items to be delivered are accounted for and loaded in delivery order
• Pick up any parts or core returns from customers as directed
• Adheres to all pre-delivery rules for vehicle safety and performs safety checks before leaving warehouse
• Ensures customers sign required documents at time of delivery, and returns documents to Warehouse Supervisor
• Provide stellar customer service and ensures that deliveries/pick-ups are made on time, every time
• Follow all state and local driving laws and regulations
• Special projects, deliveries or tasks as assigned by Supervisor or other senior leadership

Qualifications that a candidate MUST possess to gain consideration for this position:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a warehouse environment or as a driver
• Clean and valid New York State Driver License
• Must have familiarity with general delivery area and ability to successfully read a map
• Must be willing to learn and be certified in operating motorized warehouse equipment
• Must have the ability to frequently lift a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer
• Must be organized, self-motivated and have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have good judgment, problem solving skills, and adapt to change readily
