Responsibilities * Safely and expertly deliver parts to customers as needed. * Select and stage parts for customer orders. * Craft "wow" moments for clientele by going above and beyond their expectations to ensure their utmost happiness. * Pick up customer returns in a timely and proficient manner. * Communicate with and educate customers on our products. * Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business. * Perform daily collection of credit accounts. * Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment.
