Do you love fitness and helping others get to a healthier place? We have an exciting opportunity with a growing studio and are looking to hire a key individual to join our team! The right candidate is a dynamic individual that is able to build relationships, has a great attitude towards helping others, and can deliver a high quality session.

Team coaches (any sport) and teachers encouraged to apply. Full time position available, but also early morning, late afternoon, early evening, and weekend hours available for part time work.

To be successful this individual must have:

• A passion for helping individuals reach their fitness goals.
• High levels of customer service, and compassion.
• Strong knowledge in health, wellness, and nutrition.
• Ability to accommodate for injuries and limitations when coaching Small Group Training sessions.
• Desire to be part of a culture that radiates teamwork, support, positive attitude and continual development.

 

Key Roles of the Position:

• Run one on one and small group sessions.
• Recruit and retain clients.
• Promote the value of using a personal trainer.
• Provide outstanding service which results in clients achieving their goals.
• Client scheduling and communication.
• Bring genuine enthusiasm to every client interaction.
