Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (open to weekends )

Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 per year, Paid via W2 (paid on the books)

Additional Benefits: Full benefits, bonus, equity

A HNW client is seeking a Professional private security & driver responsible for ensuring the principal’s safety, privacy, and seamless transportation in New York and during domestic and international travel. Provides discreet protection, defensive driving, route planning, and situational awareness while maintaining a calm, professional presence at all times.

Main Work Duties: 

• Ensure the personal safety and security of principals, family members, and guests.
• Conduct risk assessments for residences, travel routes, and public appearances.
• Monitor surroundings and identify potential threats or suspicious activity.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or private security teams when necessary.
• Enforce household security protocols, access control, and visitor screening.
• Respond calmly and decisively to emergencies or security incidents.
• Maintain situational awareness during travel, events, and daily routines.
• Document and report incidents accurately and promptly.
• Safely transport principals, family members, and guests to all destinations.
• Plan routes in advance, accounting for traffic, weather, and security concerns.
• Execute defensive and evasive driving techniques when required.
• Maintain vehicles in immaculate, guest-ready condition (clean, fueled, serviced).
• Coordinate schedules and ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Maintain discretion regarding conversations, locations, and personal matters.
• Handle airport transfers, luggage, and time-sensitive travel logistics.
• Manage drivers (Uber) when used.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years experience has a private security/chauffeur.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions precisely.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Possession of a permit to carry a weapon in multiple state is required.
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
