Job Title: Recruiter

A Recruiter is responsible for finding, screening, and placing qualified candidates into open roles efficiently and professionally. This role sits at the center of hiring operations and directly impacts business growth. Strong recruiters balance speed with judgment—moving fast without cutting corners.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, databases, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication end-to-end
Present qualified candidates with clear, honest assessments
Manage offer processes and support candidates through acceptance
Maintain accurate records in the ATS / CRM
Ensure a professional, respectful candidate experience at all times
1–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously without losing quality
High attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with hiring targets and deadlines
Experience hiring hourly, frontline, or operational roles
Industry experience in hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, construction, or tech
Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Multilingual skills are a plus

This is a hands-on recruiting role. You will source, screen, and close.
