Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to lead new business acquisition across our full suite of healthcare IT service offerings. This individual will play a key role in expanding market reach building strategic referral networks and driving long-term revenue growth.

You will represent a suite of high-impact tools and solutions designed to transform the way medical practices operate.

Key Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition

  • Identify target and close new business opportunities for our healthcare service and IT solutions.

Relationship Building

  • Develop and strengthen referral relationships with medical providers brokers and IT influencers.

  • Maintain strong follow-up practices to move relationships from initial contact to active partnership.

Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute outreach and territory strategies to penetrate new markets and high-growth verticals.

  • Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging opportunities and decision-makers.

Sales Presentations

  • Deliver compelling presentations and solution overviews to employers provider groups brokers and key stakeholders.

Pipeline Management

  • Use CRM tools to manage all leads track opportunities forecast revenue and maintain accurate prospect records.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with clinical marketing and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery for new clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of B2B sales success ideally in healthcare IT or professional services.

  • Strong existing network within the medical healthcare or broker communities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and consultative selling skills.

  • Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and manage a robust pipeline.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms for lead tracking reporting and forecasting.
