Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Copado Developer to support and enhance Salesforce DevOps processes across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD, Salesforce development, and release management, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and optimize Copado CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
Design and implement release management strategies across multiple Salesforce environments.
Support Salesforce development lifecycle including version control, branching strategies, and automated testing.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and perform root cause analysis.
Manage Copado user stories, promotions, back promotions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce and DevOps best practices, governance, and security standards.
Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Maintain technical documentation related to Copado configurations and deployment procedures.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Copado DevOps for Salesforce.
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, and deployment strategies.
Experience with Git-based version control systems and branching models.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce environments, release cycles, and sandbox management.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Copado Fundamentals I & II certifications.
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
