Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our global team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing and implementing Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses for banking clients. This position requires hands-on coding expertise, a confident approach, and 7-10 years of relevant experience. The role involves working closely with various teams to design and develop new features, ensuring solutions align with the firm's vision while integrating third-party and internal platforms to deliver a unified client ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and implement Salesforce systems across retail and investment management businesses.
• Collaborate with teams to design and develop new features.
• Ensure solutions align with the firm's vision and best practices.
• Increase adoption and integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal platforms.
• Deploy rapid prototyping to propose solutions to complex challenges.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably Salesforce Lightning in the financial industry.
• Proficiency in APEX, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party vendors, API integration, and RESTful services.
• Expertise in programming, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Solid knowledge of databases, including SQL and SOQL.
• Understanding of DevOps best practices, including version control, CICD tools, and Salesforce DX.
• Familiarity with the full development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Apex test classes and scripts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay Range: $70 - $80

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
