**About the role** As a SAP BPM Consultant, you will make an impact by leading business process management initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and strategic alignment across the organization. You will be a valued member of the Business Process Management (BPM) team and work collaboratively with business units, stakeholders, and governance teams to design, optimize, and implement process solutions. **In this role, you will:** Top 5 most important contributions (in descending order): + Lead process analysis, redesign, and optimization efforts to improve operational efficiency. + Design and implement workflows and automation strategies using BPMN 2.0 standards. + Define and maintain process hierarchies, relationships, and data flows for consistency across teams. + Act as the governance hub for BPM practices, ensuring adherence to standards and methodologies. + Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and drive adoption of new processes.
