Job Description

Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration

• Design and implement SAP BW/4HANA solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Configure BW/4HANA components including InfoProviders, CompositeProviders, and DataStore Objects.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Integration with IS-Retail

• Extract and load data from SAP IS-Retail modules (Sales, Inventory, POS data).
• Work with POSDM (Point-of-Sale Data Management) for transactional data processing.
• Implement LSA++ architecture for optimized data flow in retail scenarios.

Data Modeling & Integration

• Create and optimize data models for performance and scalability.
• Integrate BW/4HANA with SAP HANA, SAP S4/HANA, and third-party systems.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BEx, and other tools.
• Enable real-time reporting leveraging SAP HANA s in-memory capabilities.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide ongoing support for BW/4HANA solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data load and reporting issues.

Documentation & Training

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for design, configuration, and operational procedures.
• Train end-users and team members on BW/4HANA functionalities and best practices.

ETL & Data Extraction

• Use ODP API (SLT, SAPI) for real-time replication.
• Configure DataSources for retail-specific objects like Article Master, Store Master, and Sales Statistics.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop BW Queries using BEx Analyzer, Query Designer, and SAP BusinessObjects tools and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Enable Retail KPIs such as sales performance, stock turnover, and margin analysis.

Qualifications/Skills we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications

Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

Experience: SAP BW/4HANA implementation and support. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and SQL.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and BusinessObjects is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• ABAP programming for BW enhancements.
• Performance optimization techniques for large-scale data models.
• Familiarity with cloud integration and hybrid landscapes.
