Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our remote team. You will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decisions across the organization.
This is a fully remote position based in New York. You'll work closely with leadership on high-visibility projects that directly impact company strategy and growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of financial analysis experience and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic planning
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership
- Analyze business performance metrics and identify key trends
- Partner with department heads on budgeting and forecasting
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Support M&A due diligence and integration activities
- Lead variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Present financial insights to C-suite stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- MBA is a plus
