Job Description

Description Primary Responsibilities: - Technical information security systems management including - but not limited to - endpoint protection; application control; email security; firewalls; vulnerability management; data loss prevention; cloud security services; security information and event management. - Manage firmwide Cybersecurity incident response program management. - Manage vulnerability management program and technology risk management program. - Provide subject matter expertise on information security matters to technologists, business associates, managers, and executives. - Develop and maintain business relationships with managed and/or professional information security services firms. - Lead information security projects and enhancement efforts. - Contribute to development of information security awareness program. - Contribute to development of information security policies, standards, and procedures. - Provide input to the development of information security strategy and other cybersecurity and technology planning efforts. - Stay abreast of relevant information security threats, news, and technologies. - Respond to high-severity security alerts that may occur off-hours - including nights or weekends. - Respond to escalated cybersecurity help desk tickets and participate in disaster recovery planning activities. - Perform related duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent is required - Minimum of 8 years of professional information security or cybersecurity experience is required. - Technical or professional certifications are preferred. - Advanced degree in Information Security or equivalent is desirable. - Minimum one year's experience managing delivery of cybersecurity services in an enterprise environment is desirable. - Minimum two years' professional experience in financial services or business consulting industry is highly preferred. - Interest in financial services industry and demonstrable passion for technology is required. - Firewall administration / management experience and Cyber incident management experience is preferred. - Project management experience with the ability to successfully complete projects on time and within budget is preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. - Experience with Microsoft technologies including Defender, Entra, Intune, Sentinel, and Azure strongly preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
