Qualifications * 1–2 years of service or automotive experience preferred (but not required). * High school diploma or equivalent required. * ASE certifications and/or Ford training a plus (training support provided). * Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn. * Ability to operate diagnostic and repair tools with guidance. * Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent teamwork skills. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
