Job Title: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our partner school district in Worcester, MA for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year . This is a full-time, onsite, school-based contract position .

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in providing therapy services to students.
• Support the implementation of IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Conduct individual and small-group sessions under SLP supervision.
• Collect and maintain student performance data.
• Prepare materials and assist with documentation as required by the district.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and therapy teams to support student communication needs.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts SLPA license (or eligibility).
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
