Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in SaaS environments at growth-stage companies, specializing in rapid prototyping and development using React and Next.js. In this pivotal role, you will dive deep into our AI-driven platform, becoming a cornerstone by mastering and enhancing our system. Your work will directly shape the evolution of our product, embedding cutting-edge AI technologies at its core to deliver disruptive solutions to our users. Collaborating closely with our talented team, you will lead the charge toward innovative technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle software development efforts, from ideation through deployment, ensuring our solutions exceed industry standards.

• Engage closely with product and design teams to translate user requirements into robust technical implementations.

• Enhance system performance, reliability, and security, leveraging your expertise to drive excellence.

• Drive continuous innovation, integrating new features and optimizing existing functionalities for maximum efficiency.

• Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to maintain seamless system operations.

• Extensive experience in SaaS environments at growth-stage companies.

• Expertise in rapid prototyping and development using React and Next.js.

Required Experience:

• Proven expertise with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, and vector databases.

• Proficiency in React/Next.js, with a strong portfolio of projects.

• Experience with Python for backend development.

• A minimum of 5 years in software development or a related field, with a focus on SaaS platforms.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in developing mobile-compatible web applications, ensuring responsive design and functionality across devices.

• Familiarity with OpenAI/AzureAI APIs and Vector Databases, demonstrating an ability to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into web solutions.

• Experience with LangChain/LangSmith/Llama Index.

• Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.

• While formal education is not a strict requirement, a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
