Summary Of Position The Onboarding Associate is responsible for leading and managing all onboarding activities to ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements. This includes overseeing bg checks, I-9 processing, and reverifications. The role ensures a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by managing pre-day-one activities, maintaining engagement throughout the process, and serving as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, and vendors. Additionally, the Onboarding Associate supports talent acquisition efforts through sourcing, pre-screening, and managing job postings, while also serving as the lead for temporary hiring and providing backup recruitment and administrative support.
