About the Family:
Single mom, co-parenting with dad, is looking for ASAP help for 4-6 weeks to help care for her children. A recent and sudden move from NY to LA has added additional challenges for the family, particularly and primarily with physical behavior from her 8-year-old son. Mom will always be present when the Nanny is on duty.
Children: 2, (G) 5, and (B) 8
Both children will attend school full-time (8 am-3 pm) in the McManus neighborhood, in the heart of the arts district in Culver City, CA.
The 8-year-old son is on the Autism spectrum and at times has physical behaviors that need to be regulated. The 5 year old sister is often the victim of her brother’s behavior. Mom is petite with her own physical limitations, and needs a Nanny who can help to keep her 5-year-old daughter and others feeling safe and comfortable.
If the Nanny is a good fit, there is the potential for the position to become long-term.
