Job Title: Travel LPN – Medical Surgical
Location: Clinton, SC 29325
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts per Week | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $1,347 Weekly Gross
Local Pay Rate: $30/Hour
Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment on a Medical-Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and adapt effectively to a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:Deliver safe and effective patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
Perform clinical assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Provide compassionate care and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
Float to different units as needed while maintaining a high standard of care.
Active LPN License in the state of South Carolina (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience (required)
At least 1 year of EPIC EMR experience (required)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs
