In this role, you will be responsible for fitting, welding, and assembling structural components used in buildings, bridges, and other construction projects. Responsibilities: Fit, weld, and assemble structural steel components according to design and safety specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents. Ensure all welding and fitting work adheres to high quality standards and meets project deadlines. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently. Operate welding equipment and tools with precision and safety. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in structural fitting and welding. Skills: Proficiency in MIG welding and flux core welding techniques. Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
