Job Description
- Completed a recognized Yoga Teacher Training program (200-hour minimum certification required; 500-hour preferred).
- Prior experience teaching group yoga classes.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment principles, and yoga philosophy.
- Ability to adapt classes to accommodate different needs and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Additional specialization (e.g., prenatal yoga, trauma-informed yoga, meditation) is desirable. 1、Plan and lead yoga classes (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative) suitable for various skill levels.
- Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and modifications to ensure a safe and effective practice.
- Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and positive class environment.
- Engage with students before and after class, offering guidance and answering questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the studio space.
- Participate in studio events, workshops, or promotional activities as needed.
- Stay updated on yoga trends, techniques, and continuing education.
