Job Description

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate (Fresher / Entry-Level) who is eager to learn and grow in the Learning & Development (L&D) and coaching sector. 

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise clients.
  • Support the team in building relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and decision-makers.Learn to develop sales strategies and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
  • Work with internal teams to help create proposals and client solutions.
  • Participate in client presentations, demos, and workshops alongside senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Stay curious and updated about trends in L&D, coaching, and corporate learning.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Recent graduate (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, HR, or corporate learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
  • (Prior internship or exposure to sales, HR, or L&D will be a plus but not mandatory.)

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
