Anton’s Plumbing, Heating/Cooling, & Energy Experts is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Service Manager to expand our team and lead our residential HVAC operations to new heights.

Position Overview:

The Residential HVAC Service Manager will oversee all aspects of our residential HVAC operations, including service, maintenance, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Position Entails:

Leadership and Management:

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and support staff.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure technical proficiency and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Operations:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage scheduling and dispatching of technicians for service calls.
• Ensure all work is completed to company standards and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service:

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of service issues.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.  

What Does It Take?

• Proven experience in HVAC management or a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Service Titan experience desired.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical/drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record; ability to obtain a chauffeur’s license if needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analyze and solve problems, and work independently as well as in teams.
