If you’re an experienced garage door installer who wants steady work, clean jobsites, and pay that rewards productivity , this role is for you.
1st United Door Technologies partners with residential homebuilders to install high-quality garage doors and openers. We’re growing in the Phoenix market and looking for skilled installers who take pride in quality work and want control over their earnings.
Piece-rate pay – the more you install, the more you earn
Consistent builder work (no chasing homeowners or slow weeks)
Flexible Monday–Friday schedule
Professional operations with clear expectations and support
Full benefits package for full-time installers
Install residential garage doors and openers according to company standards
Work directly on new-construction builder sites
Complete and submit job paperwork accurately and on time
Communicate with builders, project managers, and internal teams
Maintain high quality and safety standards on every install
Lift and handle materials weighing 50–75 lbs as required
Show up on time and ready to work — reliability matters here
2+ years of garage door installation experience
Strong understanding of installation best practices and jobsite safety
Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners
Solid attendance and work ethic
Valid Driver’s License
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Piece-rate compensation (earnings based on productivity)
