Compensation Range: $27/hr – $35/hr
Job Description:
Provide high-quality Spanish translation and copywriting support by translating English marketing and communications content into Spanish while adapting tone and messaging for specific Spanish-speaking audiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Translate English content into Spanish with cultural and audience-specific tone adjustments
Adapt marketing copy for emails, social media posts, and digital communications
Review and proofread translated materials to ensure accuracy and error-free delivery
Manage and complete translation tasks within Workfront
Collaborate with marketing and communications stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Fluent Spanish speaker and writer
Proven experience translating English content into Spanish with audience awareness
Experience using Workfront
Strong attention to detail with a track record of error-free work
Highly organized and able to work independently
Prior freelance or contract translation/copywriting experience
Nice-to-Haves:
Marketing background
Experience translating marketing or promotional materials

This role supports the client's marketing and communications needs by ensuring English content is accurately translated and culturally adapted for Spanish-speaking audiences. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient Spanish translator/copywriter with marketing sensibility who can quickly deliver polished work with minimal oversight.
