Job Title: Spanish Translator / Copywriter

Duration: Contract (12 months)

Compensation Range: $27/hr – $35/hr

Job Description:
Provide high-quality Spanish translation and copywriting support by translating English marketing and communications content into Spanish while adapting tone and messaging for specific Spanish-speaking audiences.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Translate English content into Spanish with cultural and audience-specific tone adjustments

• Adapt marketing copy for emails, social media posts, and digital communications

• Review and proofread translated materials to ensure accuracy and error-free delivery

• Manage and complete translation tasks within Workfront

• Collaborate with marketing and communications stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Fluent Spanish speaker and writer

  • Proven experience translating English content into Spanish with audience awareness

  • Experience using Workfront

  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of error-free work

  • Highly organized and able to work independently

  • Prior freelance or contract translation/copywriting experience

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Marketing background

  • Experience translating marketing or promotional materials

This role supports the client's marketing and communications needs by ensuring English content is accurately translated and culturally adapted for Spanish-speaking audiences. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient Spanish translator/copywriter with marketing sensibility who can quickly deliver polished work with minimal oversight.
